Excellent service and helpful staff at VickyCares with great advice. I was panicking when my daughter was unwell but pharmacist Gail was patient and knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of assurance. Medication was delivered same day as promised, and outside office hours at 10pm. Staff goes beyond call of duty, definitely recommended when the need arises.

My experience with this group including both the doctor and pharmacist in charge were extremely helpful and patient in explaining and answer my telephone questions regarding the medical effect and the consumption of the medicines provided.They also called me a few times on different days to enquire on my condition as well as to see if I had achieved any improvement.

The nurses here are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. But what sets them apart is how they put their hearts into everything that they do. You can feel it thru your interaction with them. They genuinely care for their patients. Nurse Jamie is one of the very best... Excellence in her work, she is also kind and delightful to be around.
